By using the web application available at https://texteditor.nt4.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please stop using the Application.
The Application is a free tool that runs entirely in the user's browser (client-side) and is used to edit text files (e.g. .txt, .json) directly from Google Drive. The Application does not have its own server-side infrastructure (backend) for storing files.
Our Privacy Policy describes how data is processed. You retain full ownership of all files opened and edited using the Application. The creator of the Application cannot view the contents of your files.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or prevent data loss while a file is being edited or saved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator of the Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including in particular loss of data, profits, or interruption of operations, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published at this address. Continued use of the Application after changes have been introduced constitutes acceptance of those changes.
